Refund Policy

Failed or undeliverable placements are eligible for replacement or wallet credit after admin review. Refund decisions depend on order status, publisher evidence, and the service restrictions shown at purchase time.

Completed placements that match the approved order instructions are generally not refundable. Customers can request review from the order detail page while the order remains eligible.

Wallet deposits cancelled at checkout are not charged. Failed deposits are recorded as failed ledger entries and do not increase wallet balance.
